Dan Peña Gives Advice to Young Entrepreneurs: “Sleep When You’re 30!”

“50 Billion Dollar Man” Dan Peña advocates squashing Tim Ferris’s 4-Hour Work Week mentality in favor of the 120-hour work week, if you want to be successful like him:

Dan Peña is one of my new online mentors. Well, I don’t actually talk to him, but I listen and read as much as I can about his business philosophies. He’s a self-made man in every sense of the word, and a true hero among Hispanics worldwide. Read more about him on his about page. The man’s a legend taking just $820 and growing into a $450-million dollar energy giant, known as Great Western Resources — during a global energy crisis!

Dan’s advice?

Don’t just work longer hours, “staying busy” as most other people do. “Work smart” — ie., stay productive and don’t get distracted.

Great advice. Just another quality that separates the successfuls from the lesser-thans in the world, right?

The title quote was actually from AOL CEO Tim Armstrong, even though Pena was espousing the same advice in the video.

Check out Dan’s YT channel, where he’s uploaded all of his Quantum Leap Advantage seminars (part of his wealth mentoring product), most of which are hosted at his CASTLE in Scotland: https://www.youtube.com/user/GuthrieCastle1468/videos
