While it seems like LinkedIn stats are downtrending as of early this year (see Forbes), I know many of you are still interested in mastering this social network for sourcing new talent and bringing it into your business.
This vid is pretty much a “online recruitment 101” type of walkthrough, detailing how to use the social network’s algo to your full advantage in order to find the ultimate professionals you’re looking for, without having to weed through too much chafe when it comes time to begin the interview process.
Though I’m not a recruiter myself, this video really shows just how difficult it must be for a recruiter to get into the mindset of a potential candidate.
