Qualities Employers Are Looking for in You

Does anyone else find it really odd that even cultural alignment beat out skills?

The interesting thing about this study is that it wasn’t just retail, sales, and marketing professionals that participated.

Other industries where, in my opinion, personality should hold much less sway in a hiring decision like manufacturing, tech, and public sector jobs were also polled. Public sector? I’m sure there are more than a few of you out there having a good laugh about that one. Perhaps government employees start out with a great personality, but…
